Scope of Services

GymCraftLondon LTD provides professional installation services for home gyms, saunas, and ice baths. Our services include but are not limited to consultation, design, installation, maintenance, and repair of these facilities.

Quotations and Contracts

We provide detailed quotations outlining the scope of work, materials, and costs involved. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a contract between the client and GymCraftLondon LTD. Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested after acceptance may result in adjustments to the contract and costs.

Payment

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 7 days notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. GymCraftLondon LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. All installations come with a warranty, the duration and terms of which will be specified in the contract. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Maintenance and Repairs

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the continued performance of your home gym, sauna, or ice bath. We offer maintenance packages to keep your facilities in optimal condition. Repairs outside the scope of warranty will be subject to additional charges.

Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation provided by GymCraft London LTD. A deposit may be required to secure booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation. We accept payment via bank transfer, apple pay, google pay, visa debit, visa electron.

Liability

Third Party Agreements

• ●  GymCraft London Ltd may from time to time negotiate with other suppliers and installers on behalf of our clients.

• ●  Our role here will be limited to design ideas, consultation, project oversight and brokering deals.

• ●  GymCraftLondon Ltd in this scenario will not accept liability or warranty on these products or services this

  will be passed on to the party that has supplied and installed the product / service. Intellectual Property

  All intellectual property rights associated with our designs, plans, and installations remain the property of GymCraftLondon LTD. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such materials without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you and GymCraftLondon LTD agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

GymCraftLondon LTD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their premises meet all necessary safety and regulatory requirements.
